Chelsea striker David Datro Fofana, currently on loan at Turkish side Karagümrük, has faced further legal action following a second instance of driving without a valid license. According to The Mirror, a magistrate recently handed down additional penalties after Fofana was caught driving his Cadillac while speeding in July.

This latest incident follows a prior conviction from February, where Fofana was apprehended as a provisional license holder driving alone without supervision or required "L" plates. In the first hearing held in October, the forward received 8 points on his license and was ordered to pay over £12,000 in fines and costs.

In the most recent hearing, the court added 6 more points to his record, bringing his total to 14 points. He was also fined £440 and ordered to pay £286 in additional legal fees. Despite the accumulation of points, the magistrate stopped short of issuing a long-term driving ban during this specific hearing. Fofana, who has been in the UK for three years, admitted to the charges, which highlight a recurring pattern of traffic violations during his tenure with Chelsea.
