Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly in talks with Manchester City over a potential double deal for Savinho and Omar Marmoush. Discussions between the two clubs are progressing, although no agreement has been reached. Spurs see the attacking duo as potential additions who could significantly improve their options in the final third.

Savinho has been on Tottenham’s radar since 2025, when the Brazilian winger decided to remain at Manchester City despite interest from the London club. His situation has since changed after he managed only seven Premier League starts last season. The 22-year-old joined City from Troyes in 2024 for around £30 million and could now consider a move in serch of more regular playing time.

Marmoush is also being considered after falling down the pecking order under Pep Guardiola during the 2025/26 campaign. The Egypt international arrived from Frankfurt in 2025 for approximately £59 million and still produced eight goals in 36 appearances across all competitions despite having a reduced role. Manchester City are expected to demand substantial fees for both players as they continue reshaping their squad and raising funds through player sales.

For Tottenham, adding Savinho and Marmoush would be a major step in addressing an attacking unit that struggled last season. Spurs scored only 48 goals in 38 Premier League matches and finished 17th, leaving new manager Roberto De Zerbi with a clear need for greater firepower. Tottenham are also interested in Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo, while the club have already invested heavily in midfield with the arrivals of Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali for a combined £185 million.
