Fabrizio Romano has confirmed with his iconic “Here We Go!” that Manchester City have reached an agreement to sign Brazilian winger Allan from Palmeiras for €40 million plus add-ons.

“Manchester City have reached a verbal agreement with Palmeiras to sign Allan, HERE WE GO! Maresca will have a new winger, with a fixed transfer fee of €40 million plus add-ons. The clubs are now exchanging documents, and Allan will join Manchester City.
